My project "Bardo," draws its title from Buddhist philosophy. It represents the state between death and rebirth—a space of transition and possibility. This mirrors my own current journey of transformation, spiritually, professionally, and artistically.

Through "Bardo," I explore themes of introspection, transformation, and hope. In "Like a Moth to a Flame," a moth presses against a rain-streaked window with a church visible beyond, embodying our pull towards the divine and the barriers preventing us from reaching our destination. "Sisyphus" reframes the Greek myth through sticky toys launched at a wall—some cling momentarily while others fall. Rather than futility, each throw represents another chance for something to finally stick and hold. These varied photos converge around finding one's own path, and the courage and determination to follow through.
